Project architect

Responsibilities 1.Understands and adheres to clients project schedules, budgets, design and construction standards. 2.Keeps PIC/PM informed regarding potential changes in scope, schedule or budget. 3.Confirm all project staff are billing to correct project numbers. 4.Coordinates all project team efforts to facilitate effective execution of project design and the delivery of construction documents. 5.Coordinates design group interaction both internally and externally. 6.Assist in development of production schedule and manages to that schedule. 7.Assist in development of job costs, job budget, and manpower projections and monitoring to them. 8.Assist in management of project financial performance. 9.Exercises skills of persuasion and negotiation on critical issues. 10.Supervise a project team of architects. Qualifications 1.Professional degree from an accredited program. 2.Typically with 10+ years experience. 3.Architectural Registration required. 4.Knowledgeable of CAD and/or BIM and other drafting and presentation tools.
